Brand Finder Plan – Terms and conditions
- Payment Terms
- Full payment is required upfront to initiate the project.
- Payments are non-refundable once the design process has started.
- Prices are fixed for the package as listed; customizations beyond the package scope may incur additional charges.
- Delivery Timeline
- Project completion timeline: 7–14 business days from the date of payment and receipt of required information.
- Delays caused by the client (e.g., late content submission or approvals) may affect the delivery schedule.
- Revisions
- Up to 2 free revisions are included per item within the core package.
- Additional revisions will be billed at an hourly or per-task rate.
- Ownership and Usage Rights
- Upon final payment, the client will own the rights to the finalized brand assets.
- Drafts, raw design files, and unused concepts remain the intellectual property of the designer unless purchased separately.
- Client Responsibilities
- The client must provide accurate and timely inputs (e.g., brand vision, business details, preferences).
- Any lack of communication for 15 days without prior notice may result in project suspension.
- Optional Services
- Optional items are included at no additional cost, but must be requested at the beginning of the project.
- If not requested within 30 days of starting, these optional services will be forfeited.
- Communication
- All communication will be handled via email or your preferred messaging platform during business hours (Mon–Fri, 10 AM to 6 PM IST).
- Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations requested after work has begun will not be eligible for a refund.
- If no work has started, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
- Confidentiality
- All client information will be kept confidential and will not be shared or used outside the scope of the project.
- Limitation of Liability
- The designer is not responsible for any losses incurred by the client due to branding outcomes or misuse of materials post-delivery.
