No Refunds

All payments made are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Deposits for project initiation.
• Milestone or phase-based payments.
• Full project payments.

We invest time and expertise from day one, and thus cannot offer refunds once a project begins.

Revisions & Fixes

• We offer a revision cycle as defined in your service agreement.
• Any requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Cancellations

• Projects may be canceled by either party with written notice.
• In such cases, work completed up to that point will be invoiced and must be paid.
• All rights to completed work remain with Niramay Studio until payment is settled.

Changes to This Policy

Niramay Studio reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page and will take immediate effect.
