Installation Plan – Terms and conditions

  • Script Requirement
    • The script is not provided for free. We only install:
    • Scripts purchased from well-known marketplaces
    • Scripts bought from us with a valid license key
      If the script is not licensed, an additional $10 / ₹855 will be charged.
  • Core Package Includes
    • These features are provided with most script installations:
    • Script Installation
    • Rename (using the name you provide)
    • Logo Replacement (you must provide the logo)
    • Basic Bug Fixes
    • Initial Admin Panel Setup
    • Deployment Assistance (we only help you set up the script, no custom development)
    • Documentation
    • Note: Pricing remains the same even if your script does not require all features.
  • Included Where Supported
    • These are only available if your script supports them:
    • Ad Network Setup
    • API Configuration (you must provide API keys; paid APIs are not included)
    • Push Notification Setup
    • Payment Gateway Setup
    • Database Import/Export (may not always work; we are not responsible for core script issues)
  • Hosting Requirements
    • We only install scripts on:
    • Your own server or VPS
    • Paid shared hosting
    • We do not support free hosting platforms. If you need help selecting or purchasing hosting/domain, additional charges apply.
  • Rename and Branding Limitations
    • Rename will be done only using the name you provide
    • Logo Replacement only applies if you give us a ready logo
    • We do not offer naming or logo design in this plan
  • Deployment Clarification
    • Deployment Assistance means setting up your script, not modifying it
    • We do not build or customize scripts as part of this plan

Business Plus Plan – Terms & Conditions

  • Plan Usage & Eligibility
    • The Business Plus plan is intended for full-service setup of a single business, store, brand, or startup.
    • Includes all services listed in the Brand Finder Plus plan.
    • This plan must not be shared, resold, or repurposed for other businesses.
  • Core Package Coverage
    • Hosting Setup
    • SSL Certificate Setup
    • Website Development (up to 5 pages)
    • Basic SEO Setup
    • Custom Error Pages
    • 5 Free Maintenance Sessions
    • 1-Year Priority Support
    • Note: If any core feature is unused, the price remains unchanged. No feature substitutions are allowed.
  • Optional but Included Features
    • Content Writing (limited to 500 words total)
    • Newsletter Setup (with one supported platform)
    • Email Setup (with purchased domain only)
    • On-Web Chat Bot (setup using available third-party tools)
    • Domain Connection (domain must be provided by client)
    • Social Media Setup (for up to 3 platforms)
    • Google My Business Setup (only if Google account is verified)
    • Trustpilot Setup (account and badge setup only)
    • Note: These are standard setups and do not include platform development, integrations, or custom automations.
  • Website and Hosting Terms
    • Hosting and domain must be client-owned and accessible at the time of setup.
    • Website will be responsive on common viewports but may require further testing for edge devices.
    • This plan does not include advanced functionality like payment gateways or dynamic systems unless agreed in writing.
  • Maintenance & Support
    • 5 maintenance sessions are valid for 90 days after delivery.
    • Support includes priority response during business hours.
    • Covered support includes bug fixes, guidance, and small content updates.
    • Support does not include design changes, plugin development, or new feature requests.
  • Client Responsibilities
    • Provide logo, branding material, and accurate business details.
    • Share all credentials for domain, hosting, email, or social platforms in a timely manner.
    • Delayed input may result in adjusted timelines or rescheduling.
  • Legal & Limitations
    • We are not liable for issues caused by third-party providers or hosting downtime.
    • Google or Trustpilot setup is subject to their platform approval.
    • SEO setup does not guarantee rankings or traffic increase.
  • These Terms and Conditions also apply to all custom pricing plans.
  • The custom pricing plan includes a fixed base rate of $25. Additional charges will apply based on the specific features selected according to your requirements.
  • The custom plan includes 1 Year of priority support on billing of $300 or above or else standard support of 1 Year will be provided, and on the billing below $100 then it will be only include support of 1 month that too only for supported features. and for users between $100 to $300 will get a Economy support of 5 months.
  • We reserve the right to modify the pricing and/or Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
